2、 Working principle:
  3051DG pressure transmitterDuring operation, the isolation diaphragms and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling fluid, which then transmits the pressure to the sensing diaphragm at the center of the sensor. The sensing diaphragm of the 3051 pressure transmitter is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure applied (for the 3051GP pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure acts as if applied to the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). The 3051AP absolute pressure transmitter maintains a reference pressure on the low pressure side at all times. The maximum displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 millimeters), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The position of the sensing membrane is detected by the capacitive plates on both sides. The difference in capacitance between the sensing membrane and the capacitor plate is converted into corresponding current, voltage, or digital HART (High Speed Addressable Remote Transmitter Data Highway) output signals.
