Dew Point Verification System - Michell DCSIt is a complete calibration system installed on the rack, generating corresponding calibration airflow (or nitrogen) within a pre-set dew point temperature range from a minimum of -100 ° C (-148 ° F) to a maximum of+20 ° C (+68 ° F). When ordering this system, customers only need to specify the required operating range, and MIZIL will determine an economical way to create your verification system.

As a reliable standard, the standard hygrometer provides calibration gas for dew point generators for measurement and can be compared with the instrument being tested. The cold mirror hygrometer directly measures the temperature generated by condensate and can provide repeated and reliable measurement results every time. This means that this instrument is suitable for use as a standard instrument. To ensure traceability to higher standards, traceable national standards or UKAS recognized standards can be provided.


DCS60 is equipped with S8000 Integral, which uses air cooling for heat dissipation and can achieve dew point measurement at -60 ° C (-76 ° F).

DCS80 is equipped with S8000 RS, which features an automatic control auxiliary cooling system and can achieve dew point measurement of -90 ° C (-130 ° F).

DCS100 is equipped with S4000 TRS, a semi-automatic control auxiliary cooling system, and dew point measurement at -100 ° C (-148 ° F).
