Desktop high-speed centrifuge TG18-WSMain features:

1. Adopting a 5-inch LCD large screen display and thermal sensing button operation, instead of old-fashioned button operation, the microcontroller more accurately controls the speed, time, and relative centrifuge

2. Brushless motor drive, with a speed of up to 18500rpm and an accuracy of ± 20rpm; Smooth operation without maintenance, multi-layer vibration reduction structure, low vibration and noise, environmentally friendly.

3. Adopting a fully steel shell with a built-in protective steel sleeve, it is simple and compact. Inflatable spring, easy to open lid, automated lock lid ensures safety

4. The centrifugal speed and centrifugal force step increase are adjusted to 10rpm/10g, time control: 0-99.99MIN, accuracy 1 second/continuous centrifugation/instantaneous centrifugation;

5. Equipped with door cover protection, overspeed detection, and electronic unbalance detection system, it can monitor the centrifuge process in real time, ensuring the safe operation of the instrument

6. 10 sets of program storage space, users can freely program and call, with 10 gear up and down (0 gear for free parking)

7. When the operation ends, there is an error, or an imbalance occurs, a sound signal will prompt and the operation will be stopped at the same time.

Centrifuge, as a device that uses centrifugal force to achieve material separation, is widely used in multiple industrial and scientific research fields due to its efficient and reliable separation performance, covering key industries such as environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
Main application industries and scenarios
environmental protection industry
Air purification system: provides clean air for industries such as electronics and pharmaceuticals that require high air cleanliness, by compressing air and filtering impurities (such as dust and bacteria).
Wastewater treatment: used for aeration treatment to provide oxygen to promote biodegradation, or for degassing treatment to remove harmful gases.
Garbage disposal: Compressing garbage into blocks for easy transportation, or providing pressure for landfill sites to improve processing efficiency.
pharmaceutical industry
Low speed flat sealed centrifuge: Compliant with GMP standards, the part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel, with no hygiene dead corners, suitable for solid-liquid separation in pharmaceutical production.
High speed centrifuge: controlled by a microcomputer, used for the separation of cells, viruses, and DNA molecules in laboratories and production (such as zone centrifuges).
Tube centrifuge (GF/GQ series): GF series separates emulsions (such as biological products and whole blood separation), GQ series clarifies suspensions (such as removing impurities from traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids).
Chemical and Energy Industry
Unloading centrifuge: Processing complex materials, high separation efficiency, fast unloading, suitable for large-scale production from small workshops to large factories.
Tube centrifuge: separates oil substances such as transformer oil and biodiesel, and achieves refining processes such as dehydration and dewaxing

Desktop high-speed centrifuge TG18-WSAt present, various centrifuges are increasingly being used as laboratory instruments. But in many places, due to conditions, harmful gases are often present in the usage environment or in humid environments. These situations will accelerate the occurrence and expansion of corrosion on the centrifuge rotor, affecting the service life of the rotor. During the use of the rotary head, leakage may occur due to damage to the centrifuge tube, as well as overfilling or inadequate sealing. The liquid in centrifuge tubes often contains various corrosive media, such as strong acids, strong bases, harmful metal salts, etc. If there is a leakage, corrosion often occurs inside the swivel hole due to contamination. In fact, the lower part of the inner wall of the swivel hole is also the area where corrosion is prone to occur. This is because when the rotary head is used, it is more likely to cause damage, pitting, and cracking to the metal structure under the action of centrifugal force in a strong centrifugal field. When corrosion is severe, dark spots, pitting, detachment, cracks, etc. may appear at the bottom of the hole from the surface appearance, which are hidden dangers of accidents and will affect the service life of the rotary head. Some users do not follow the operating requirements, do not clean or even remove the rotary head from the shaft in a timely manner after use, and place it on the shaft for a long time. The contact surface between the rotary head and the shaft is subjected to stress, which exacerbates the corrosion effect. This may lead to the phenomenon of 'biting to death'..
The processing method for the inability to remove the centrifuge rotor
Reason analysis
The inability to remove the rotor from the centrifuge chamber is mainly due to the adhesion between the rotor and the centrifuge motor spindle. As shown in Figure 1, it is a common installation method for centrifuge rotors. The rotary head is installed on the motor spindle with a conical surface and fastened with locking screws. Due to the possibility of condensed water or accidentally spilled liquid immersing between the spindle and the center hole of the rotor during the centrifugation process, if the rotor is not pulled out in time after centrifugation and used continuously for a long time, corrosion and adhesion may occur between the spindle and rotor, ultimately causing the operator to be unable to remove the rotor. This phenomenon is more likely to occur on high-speed freeze centrifuges.
