It is an ultra-high bandwidth and high-precision signal integrity analyzer with a bandwidth of 13 GHz (upgradable to 16 GHz) and 80 GHz (upgradable to 110 GHz). XR0104B is a flagship real-time oscilloscope of the Infiniium UXR-B series from DeTech, with a 4-channel and 10GHz bandwidth. Its core feature is to provide a comprehensive testing platform with high channel count and high accuracy for debugging complex systems that require simultaneous observation of multiple mid to high frequency signals.
