Full spectrum simulation

Using xenon arc lamps as light sources, covering the 290-800nm wavelength range, accurately reproducing ultraviolet, visible, and infrared radiation, simulating the solar radiation characteristics of different geographical areas such as plateaus, coasts, and deserts.

Support replacement of light source filters and adaptation to different testing standards (such as ASTM G155, GB/T 16422.2).

Collaborative control of multiple environmental factors

Temperature and humidity regulation: The temperature range covers RT+10 ℃ to 120 ℃, and the humidity range is 20% -98% RH. It supports condensation and rainwater circulation programs, simulating complex climates such as day night alternation and seasonal changes.

Spray system: adjustable spray pressure (0.12-0.15MPa), cycle (1-240 minutes) and rainfall time (1-9999 minutes) to simulate different rainfall scenarios such as rainstorm and drizzle.

Blackboard temperature control: Accurately monitor the surface temperature of the material through a bimetallic blackboard thermometer, with a range of 63 ℃ -100 ℃, to ensure that the test data is highly consistent with the actual usage environment.

High precision control and monitoring

Equipped with microcomputer+PID+digital power infinite adjustment technology, the irradiation intensity can be adjusted in multiple levels (0.30-0.65W/m ²), and the temperature and humidity accuracy can reach ± 0.5 ℃/± 2% RH.

Integrated radiometer, temperature and humidity sensor, time controller, etc., real-time display and recording of irradiance, radiation exposure, temperature and humidity parameters, supporting data export and analysis.

Modular and secure design

The box adopts a stainless steel inner liner and a cold-rolled steel plate rust proof outer shell, equipped with adjustable sample racks, anti radiation observation windows, and high-temperature resistant sealing strips, suitable for different shapes of samples (such as flat plates, curved surfaces, and irregular shapes).

Equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as over temperature protection, reverse/phase loss protection, overload protection, and water shortage protection, ensuring stable operation of equipment and safety of operators.

Efficient, energy-saving, and easy to maintain

Xenon lamp has a lifespan of 1600-2000 hours and supports quick replacement; Adopting long-lasting filters and energy regulation systems to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.

The refrigeration system integrates multi wing air supply fans and efficient heat exchange structures, with uniform temperature and humidity distribution, and a short time for temperature and humidity to stabilize upon opening the door.

Automotive industry: Test the light and weather resistance of materials such as car paint, plastic parts, rubber seals, safety glass, etc., and evaluate their fading, cracking, and strength degradation under long-term sunlight exposure.

Aerospace: Simulate high-altitude climate conditions, test the radiation resistance and high and low temperature resistance of aircraft surface materials and seals.

Electronic appliances: Evaluate the insulation performance and mechanical strength changes of plastic casings, connectors, display screens, and other components in humid and hot environments.
