After practical testing, the design components of the flowmeter provide reliability and the ability to work stably for a long time, ensuring 24/7 continuous pipeline measurement. The Daniel 1500 series liquid turbine flowmeter is specifically designed for pipeline measurement, and its use complies with the testing procedures of API Chapter 5.3 (Measurement of Liquid Hydrocarbons with Turbine Flow Meter Systems) and API Chapter 4 (Volume Tube Calibration Systems).
The Daniel 1500 series liquid turbine flowmeter has durable internal components and has been proven in various demanding applications over the years. This flowmeter is equipped with a Daniel Universal Installation Box (UMB) housing that can accommodate up to 2 sensors and a dual channel preamplifier.
To achieve comprehensive redundancy, the Daniel 1500 series liquid turbine flowmeter can be configured with dual UMB. This option can configure up to 4 sensor coils.
