The 6081-P transmitter is highly suitable for monitoring applications, especially in installation locations that are difficult for operators to reach or where construction costs are limited. The 6081-P model measures pH and ORP and is compatible with the vast majority of Rosemount Analytical pH and ORP sensors. The transmitter adopts a sturdy cast aluminum housing, which is all-weather and corrosion-resistant (NEMA 4X). It is equipped with a two line 16 character display screen and designed with a simple and easy to understand menu screen. 6 language prompts to guide users in programming and calibration. The 6081 model is compatible with Rosemount Analytical pH/ORP sensors without preamplifiers and intelligent pH sensors.
The installation and start-up of the 6081-P wireless transmitter are very simple. Just power up the 6081-P model and assign it to a wireless network with a 1420 gateway. The device will automatically search for the best path to connect to the host and start transmitting measurement data at a wireless communication frequency of 2.4 GHz. Self organizing networks can ensure excellent data reliability and network stability.
All wireless devices of Emerson Process Management ensure data transmission and security through data encryption, authentication, data verification, anti-interference, and permission management technologies. Rosemount Analytical devices have intelligent power management capabilities that can reduce power consumption, extend the lifespan of power modules, and provide highly reliable measurement values, rich HART data, and diagnostic information. Through HART digital communication, users can access AMS (Asset Management Solution) to obtain real-time process variables, useful diagnostic and troubleshooting information.

Calibration/Calibration: The automatic buffer recognition function uses stored buffer values and their temperature curves to identify the most commonly used buffer standards internationally. The transmitter also performs stability checks on the sensor based on the values in each buffer solution.
By immersing the sensor in two different buffer solutions and inputting the pH value, manual two-point calibration can be achieved. The microprocessor will automatically calculate for self diagnosis
Slope. If the pH sensor malfunctions, an error message will be displayed. This slope can be read on the display screen and/or manually adjusted as needed. Online single point process calibration can be achieved by inputting the pH or ORP value of the sample.
Support the following calibration methods:
-Perform two-point calibration using high and low pH buffer solutions (pH only)
-Perform two-point calibration through automatic buffer recognition (pH only)
-Single point calibration
-Single point temperature adjustment
-Real time connection to RAI for automatic calibration
The intelligent pH sensor uploads the stored calibration data to the transmitter
Automatic temperature compensation: The 3-wire Pt100 RTD or Pt1000 RTD built into the sensor can compensate for the impact of temperature fluctuations on pH readings. Compensation coverage range -10 to 150 ° C (14 to 302 ° F), with the option of manual temperature compensation.
Accuracy: ± 1 mV @ 25 ° C ± 0.01
Repeatability: ± 1 mV @ 25 ° C ± 0.01
Information and Status: The information screen displays faults and warnings, wireless transmission status, network ID number, power module voltage, transmitter model, and software version.
Diagnosis: The built-in diagnostic function can detect:
RTD malfunction
Glass impedance low fault or high fault
Glass rupture fault
High reference impedance fault
CPU error
High or low temperature warning
Glass impedance high or low warning
Reference impedance high warning
EEPROM warning
Detect open circuit warning in the circuit
Factory calibration data error warning
