It can be used in HPLC/SFC/HILIC mode, and is particularly recommended for analysis in HILIC mode and SFC mode.

One pack of protective column cores contains three column cores. The protective column core bi must be used together with the Da Sai Lu protective column cover (item number 00011).
To meet more analysis needs of users, Da Sai Lu has launched the DCpak P series non chiral chromatography column products, which are packed on a polymer bound silica gel matrix. There are currently four models of non chiral chromatography columns in Da Sai Lu, namely:DCpak ® PBT、DCpak ® P4VP、DCpak ® PTZ and DCpak ® PMPC.
Compared to existing small molecule structured chromatography columns, the DCpak P series has good durability and expands the range of applications for separating isomeric compounds.

DCpak®Scope of PBT application
This product uses PBT (polyester resin) as a selector, based on π - electron interactions, and has excellent molecular recognition ability. Can be used to separate various compounds centered around aromatic compounds and heterocyclic compounds. It is also applicable for separating compounds with different degrees of unsaturation and isomers.
DCpak®P4VP Scope of Application
This product uses Poly (4-VinylPyridine) as a selector. It has high separation efficiency and durability. When separating acidic or alkaline compounds under SFC conditions, good separation efficiency can be achieved even without adding any acid-base additives.
DCpak®Scope of PTZ application
The silicone surface of this product is bonded with highly hydrophilic poly (N - (1H-tetrazol-5-yl) methacrylamide, and a thick water layer is formed on the surface of the filler. It has strong retention and excellent selectivity for hydrophilic compounds such as nucleoside bases, nucleosides, water-soluble vitamins, and monosaccharide compounds.
DCpak®Scope of application of PMPC
This product uses poly (2-methylacryloyloxyethyl phosphate * base) bonded with silica gel, which has high selectivity for hydrophilic compounds. Can be used in PLC/SFC/HILIC mode, especially recommended for analysis in HILIC mode and SFC mode.
Suitable for multiple separation modes
PBT and P4VP are suitable for both forward/reverse phase separation modes and SFC separation modes. PTZ is suitable for HILIC (hydrophilic interaction chromatography separation) mode, and the commonly used organic solvent is acetonitrile.
Multiple specifications to choose from
We provide various specifications of conventional analytical columns, including micro sized columns with packing particle size of 3/5 μ m and inner diameter of 2.1mm, as well as semi prepared columns and prepared columns with different inner diameter thicknesses. The appropriate specifications can be selected according to experimental needs.
