1. By pulling the rising pipes on both sides of the collection box towards the protective chamber, and then introducing them into the lower part of the drum side, supplemented by insulation and pouring at the bottom of the drum to form the heating surface of the furnace top, a novel furnace structure has successfully solved the problem of direct high-temperature flame radiation at the bottom of the drum, avoiding the occurrence of "bulging" defects.
2. The setting of the two wing flue allows the flue gas to smoothly enter the front smoke box, ensuring that the temperature of the previous tube plate is the same and avoiding the occurrence of tube plate cracks due to temperature stress.
3. The drum adopts a single return threaded smoke tube, which enhances the heat transfer effect. At the same time, the threaded smoke tube has a self-cleaning function, avoiding dust accumulation inside the smoke tube.
4. The front and rear arches of the 10t/h series boiler are both supported by integral casting structures with water-cooled wall tubes, forming permanent arches. The arch design adopts the latest scientific research achievements of the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The rear arch is low and long, and the exit section is reverse inclined. The front arch angle is 45 °, which corresponds to the rear arch, forming a clear inverted "α" flame, which is conducive to the combustion of inferior coal and has strong adaptability to coal types.
5. The advanced and reasonable design of the grate side sealing structure avoids the defects of side sealing jamming and uneven air distribution on both sides of the grate, which can burn out the side seal. Boilers with a capacity of 4t/h and below adopt a side sealed cold added angle iron plate structure, while boilers with a capacity of 6t/h and above adopt a contact type side sealed lower sealing structure.
6. There is an independent adjustable air chamber under the grate, with air intake on both sides; Adopting a new type of curved arm screw adjustment structure, the cross-sectional ratio of air conditioning and ventilation reaches 99.9%; Flexible adjustment and even air distribution. Design a push-pull gate dust cleaning device, which uses heat-resistant cast iron precision machined sealing structure to effectively prevent secondary combustion deformation and grate air leakage.
