DZL New Water Fire Tube Boiler Description:
The DZL series of new water fire tube boilers is a comprehensive technical cooperation between Wuxi Zhongzheng Boiler Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhiguang Boiler Research Institute, which has introduced the complete technology of the new (New VI type water fire tube hot water boiler, New VII type water fire tube steam boiler) water fire tube boilers from Beijing Zhiguang Boiler Research Institute, and hired Professor Li Zhiguang as the technical director.
The DZL series of new water and fire tube boilers is a replacement product developed by Bo, the director of water and fire tube boilers at home and abroad, in response to the large number of industrial boilers and the backwardness of technology in China. It integrates the scientific research achievements of domestic colleges and research institutes. Its significant features are: high technological content, adding 10 new technologies compared to existing industrial boilers, thus forming enhanced combustion, enhanced heat transfer, safe and reliable water circulation, sufficient output, high efficiency, and constant output and efficiency throughout life; The new type is a furnace type that is not reported both domestically and internationally; Has good environmental and energy-saving effects; It has significant economic and social benefits for users.
The DZL series new water fire tube boiler has the following eight advantages determined by its structural characteristics:;
1. Adequate and consistent output: Due to the use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes and strict guarantee of thread height, the actual output of this type of boiler can generally exceed the nameplate output by 10-15%; Due to the reasonable selection of smoke bundles, there is no ash accumulation in the threaded smoke pipes during normal operation of the boiler, so the boiler output and thermal efficiency do not decrease with the extension of operating time, and have ideal sustainable operating output and efficiency.
2. Small external dimensions significantly reduce investment in boiler rooms: Due to the use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes, various capacity hot water boilers with outlet temperatures ≤ 150 ℃ and smaller capacity steam boilers can eliminate the tail heating surface, resulting in a significant reduction in boiler length. Moreover, the boiler height is significantly lower among boilers of the same capacity, so the external dimensions are the smallest, reducing investment in boiler rooms by at least 1/3
3. Sudden power outage does not require special protection: Due to the mixed circulation of hot water type and the large water capacity of the boiler, there is no need to take special protective measures when there is a sudden power outage, which can prevent damage accidents to the heating surface and the boiler shell medium caused by possible vaporization.
4. High boiler efficiency: As the main convection heating surface - threaded smoke pipe is located inside the boiler shell, no cold air will leak into the flue gas side. In addition, the elimination of the tail heating surface also reduces the amount of cold air leaked into the boiler and reduces heat dissipation losses. Secondly, the hot water type adopts mixed circulation and eliminates the economizer, resulting in minimal water resistance loss of the boiler body - not exceeding 0.05 Mpa. This greatly reduces the energy consumption of the system circulation. The decrease in energy consumption is significantly greater than the increase in energy consumption caused by the loss of flue gas resistance due to the use of threaded smoke pipes. A cast iron air preheater is installed at the tail of the boiler, which not only improves the adaptability of coal types and the complete combustion of coal, but also reduces the exhaust temperature, resulting in a boiler operating efficiency of 84%.
5. Fast boiler heating: Due to the lower total weight of boiler steel and heat-resistant and insulation materials compared to other boilers, as well as the placement of a large number of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipes in the shell medium, and the fact that nearly half of the shell surface is heated, the boiler heating time is significantly shortened - about 1/3 shorter than that of water tube boilers
6. Effective guarantee of safety and reliability: The use of non tensioned convex pipes and threaded smoke pipes in combination structure significantly reduces the thermal stress in the smoke pipe area of the pipe plate; The new measures of combining the return water injection of the lower header with the flushing of the high-temperature tube plate by the rising pipe at the front edge of the side wall water-cooled wall make it impossible for the water-cooled wall and high-temperature tube plate to burst or crack under normal water quality conditions. The safety and reliability of boilers are effectively guaranteed.
7. Low original dust concentration of the boiler: Due to the installation of a dust coarse separation turning chamber at the rear of the furnace and the large volume of the furnace, it can ensure that the original dust concentration of the boiler is lower than the standard allowable value.
8. Easy installation: The installation cycle and cost are reduced by about half compared to a single boiler with a simple water tube. Generally, it can be put into operation in the same year from the beginning of manufacturing.
