Scope of application:

2. This testing machine is an electric hydraulic loading device, with sensors measuring force and digital display of force values. It is a commonly used testing and inspection equipment in construction, building materials, highways, bridges and other engineering units.


Maintenance of oil source:

1. Regularly check whether there are any oil leaks at the host and oil source. If any oil leaks are found, the sealing ring or combination gasket should be replaced in a timely manner.

2. According to the usage of the machine and the expiration date of the oil, regularly replace the oil suction filter and filter element, and replace the hydraulic oil.

3. When not conducting experiments for a long time, pay attention to turning off the power supply of the host. If the machine is in standby mode, the transfer switch should be turned to the "load" position, because if the transfer switch is turned to the "fast reverse" position, the power will be reduced

System maintenance:

1. Regularly check whether the connecting wires on the back panel of the controller are in good contact, and if they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.

2. If the machine is not used for a long period of time after the experiment, turn off the controller and computer.

3. The interfaces on the controller correspond one-to-one, and plugging in the wrong interface may cause damage to the device.

4. The interface on the plug-in controller must be powered off.



Host maintenance:

1. The fixtures equipped with the machine should be coated with rust proof oil for storage.

2. Due to the frequent use of the jaws of hydraulic tensile testing machines, they are prone to wear and tear. If there is too much oxide skin, it can easily cause damage to the small piston and oil leakage. Therefore, the jaws should be cleaned regularly and kept clean (preferably)

Clean after each experiment.

3. The sliding surface between the embedded steel plate and the lining plate, as well as the dovetail groove surface on the lining plate, should be kept clean and regularly coated with a thin layer of lubricating grease.

4. Regularly check the screws in the jaw area, and tighten them promptly if any looseness is found.

5. Regularly check the transmission condition of the sprocket. If any looseness is found, please re tighten the tensioning wheel.
