1、 Product Overview
The DTF - (R) reversible variable wing subway tunnel axial flow fan has introduced advanced international technology. With years of experience in fan technology development, our company has collaborated with research institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Xi'an Jiaotong University to absorb, digest, and innovate technology. We have applied advanced CFD technology to design and have reached the leading level of domestic peers in wing theory research, fan anti surge design, vibration noise reduction, and other aspects. The product can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280 ℃, and has been tested and qualified by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It can be used for ventilation or smoke exhaust in case of fire, and can be operated in forward or reverse direction according to the operation mode requirements to achieve the purpose of delivery, exhaust or smoke exhaust. It has been widely used in large-scale projects such as subways, tunnels, power plants, airports, etc.
This series of fans has a total of 14 machine numbers, namely 12.5 #, 14 #, 16 #, 18 #, 19 #, 20 #, 21 #, 22 #, 23 #, 24 #, 25 #, 26 #, 28 #, which are further divided into 10 blade, 12 blade, 14 blade, 16 blade and different speed specifications. The air volume of the fan ranges from 35000~750000 m3/h, the air pressure is 300~2000 Pa, and the maximum blade tip linear velocity is 136.5 m/s.
This series of fans, regardless of their diameter, use a direct motor connection method. When installing, simply connect the air duct directly to the fixed bottom bolt casing. This series of fans can change the speed according to the different technical performance parameters required by the usage scenario. When the rated blade tip linear speed is ≤ 136.5m/s, it can be divided into four speeds: 1485, 985, 745, and 585rpm.
2、 Product Features
1. High efficiency: By utilizing advanced aerodynamic design techniques and the internationally recognized Wu's three element flow concept, we simulate and design subway and tunnel environments (flow field, velocity, pressure, etc.) through computer simulation. Through multiple repeated experiments and user verification, we have achieved significant characteristics of high efficiency, wide efficiency zone, and efficiency in both forward and reverse rotation.
2. Low noise: Starting from the noise control of the bidding fan, corresponding measures are taken in the aerodynamic structure design based on the sound source and the special environment of the subway tunnel
——Ensure the uniformity of airflow in terms of fan blade design, blade installation angle, and blade number, and streamline the blade channels.
——In terms of structural design, due to the interference frequency generated by the support of the motor and the fixed guide vanes on the inner cylinder during the rotation of the impeller, as well as the interference noise caused by it, in order to reduce the peak sound level of the interference noise, the number of supports and blades is chosen to be prime numbers, and the reasonable spacing between the guide vanes and the impeller is determined.
3. High temperature resistance: According to the requirements of subway tunnel use, our company adopts anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, high insulation level, and humid heat resistant motors. When designing, they are uniformly designed according to the standard of 280 ℃/1h (higher than the national standard of 250 ℃/1h).
4. High strength: The fan impeller adopts advanced data die-casting technology, and the material is ZL114 high-strength and high-quality cast aluminum for die-casting. After X-ray inspection, heat treatment, and tensile testing, it ensures reliable operation of the fan at high temperatures due to the thermal expansion coefficient of the material.
5. Low vibration: The fan undergoes rigorous process design and advanced equipment processing in each process to minimize accumulated and residual unbalance. After strict static and dynamic balance verification, its balance accuracy reaches ISO2.5 level, ensuring that the vibration speed of the fan casing is ≤ 1.8mm/s.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The impeller is composed of a hub and different numbers of blades, connected by high-strength bolts to prevent loosening. The wheel hub and blades are both made of high-quality and high-strength ZL114 aluminum alloy die-casting, and have undergone X-ray inspection, aging treatment, tensile testing, and metal processing, as well as static and dynamic balance verification. Its balance level reaches ISO2.5 level
2. The casing, anti surge device, and stationary blade support are all welded from high-quality steel plates, and the anti surge device is detachable. The installation of the impeller on the shell is achieved through large-scale vertical machining to ensure concentricity, and the coating can be galvanized or painted according to the owner's requirements.
3. Fairing: The fairing is made of LF21 aluminum alloy plate material stretched into a parabolic shape, which provides good air inlet conditions for the impeller. The fairing and impeller are connected by bolts for easy disassembly.
4. Motor: The motor is an air-cooled squirrel cage fully enclosed wet heat product. The motor and fan impeller are directly driven, the motor is exposed to the air, the insulation level is F, the protection level is IP55, and the motor bearings are Swedish SKF bearings (or NSK). The first maintenance time is ≥ 1 × 104h, and the cumulative running time is ≥ 7.5 × 104h.
5. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 1.8mm/s.
6. High temperature resistance performance: The fan can operate normally for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 280 ℃, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
