Oral and nasal precise exposure tower - Inhalation Tower
Buxco ® Inhalation Tower, The precise exposure tower for mouth and nose is suitable for inhalation exposure and toxicity research, supporting various media such as dry aerosols, dust, smoke, steam, etc. The tower has a total of six layers, with seven exposed ports on each layer. Different layers of the tower can be stacked in any combination as needed, and exposure experiments can be conducted on up to forty-two animals simultaneously.

The internal structure of the exposed tower is shown in the figure above. The top view cross-section consists of two concentric circles, which are two concentric cylinders nested together. The exposed material is input from the top of the exposed tower (blue arrow), enters the inner cylinder, and is sent to the animal's mouth and nose through the circular tube on the cylinder wall. The gas exhaled by the animal enters the outer cylinder and is pulled upward by negative pressure to flow to the outlet for discharge (red arrow).

Whole body exposure of group animals - Mass Dosing
The exposed chamber top cover is a movable non sealed design with four atomization or gas input interfaces. If equipped with a smoke generator, it can input first-hand smoke and second-hand smoke separately. The cavity is equipped with a porous bottom plate, which helps with urine discharge and improves animal welfare. Multiple isolation plates can be placed as needed to maintain an appropriate distance between experimental animals.
