After the ex vivo microvascular samples are fixed, the built-in microvascular initial pre tension automatic stretching program in 630MA will automatically stretch the microvessels to the optimal initial pre tension (620M does not have this function), ensuring experimental stability and repeatability without manual stretching and calculation, avoiding human errors and differences between samples, and ensuring the repeatability and stability of experimental data. During the experiment, the circumference of the blood vessels remains constant, meaning that the vessels will undergo an equal length contraction process. Medications can be directly added to the bath, and their effects and physiological functions can be reflected by measuring the tension changes during microvascular contraction and relaxation.
630MA / 620MSimultaneously providing two signal output modes: analog output and digital output. It can be directly connected to a computer through a USB cable, and the DMT host driver can output data signals to the BIOPAC physiology analyzer for signal conversion without the need to connect an amplifier. In addition, multiple 630MA/620M instruments can be connected to the same computer to form an eight channel or sixteen channel system, using the same software to simultaneously collect signals, making it an ideal device for high-throughput drug screening experiments. This instrument is particularly suitable for vascular pharmacology and physiology research, and is an ideal equipment for cardiovascular research experiments.
