Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) was developed based on MEM medium. This product contains various components such as amino acids, vitamins, and inorganic salts required for cell culture, but does not contain proteins, lipids, or any growth factors. Therefore, the product needs to be used with serum or serum-free additives.
