Product Overview

DL and DLR pumps are vertical single suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pumps used for conveying clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for water supply in high-rise buildings, it can also be applied to water supply and drainage in factories and mines, and liquid transportation. The flow range is 4.9-200m3/h, the head range is 22-239m, the supporting power range is 1.5-160kw, and the caliber range is φ 40~φ 150mm.
DL and DLR pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom, boiler cold and warm water circulation boosting, air conditioning refrigeration system water supply, and equipment matching. The medium usage temperature of DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump shall not exceed 80 ℃, and the medium usage temperature of DLR type vertical multi-stage hot water centrifugal pump shall not exceed 120 ℃.

Product Usage

The DL and DLR series multi-stage pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom, boiler cold and warm water circulation boosting, air conditioning refrigeration system water supply, and equipment matching. The operating temperature of DL type media shall not exceed 80 ℃. The operating temperature of DLR type media shall not exceed 120 ℃.

Product Features

The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure determines a small installation area, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thereby enhancing the operational stability and service life of the pump.
The suction and discharge ports of the pump are both horizontal, simplifying the connection of the pipeline.
According to the needs, the suction and discharge ports can be installed in the same direction or in different directions such as 90o, 180o, and 270o to meet different connection scenarios.
The pump head can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the pump stage and combined with the outer diameter of the cutting impeller to meet the requirements, without changing the installation footprint, which is not available in other pump types.
The motor is equipped with a rain cover, and the pump can be used outdoors, eliminating the need for a pump room and saving construction costs.
The pump rotor has a small degree of winding and is powered by a 4-stage motor, resulting in smooth operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.

The DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump consists of two parts: a motor and a pump. The motor is a Y-shaped three-phase asynchronous motor, and the pump and motor are connected by a coupling. The overall connection is rigid, and the pump consists of a stator and rotor. The stator of the pump consists of components such as the inlet section, middle section, guide vanes, outlet section, and packing box. To prevent stator wear, the stator is equipped with sealing rings, balance sleeves, etc., which can be replaced with spare parts after wear. The rotor part consists of a shaft, a middle wheel, a balance drum, etc. The lower end of the rotor is a lubricated bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ball bearing. The axial force of the pump is mostly borne by the balance drum, and the remaining small amount of axial force is borne by the angular contact ball bearing. The joint surfaces of the inlet section, middle section, and outlet section are sealed by tightening paper pads. The shaft seal adopts packing or mechanical seal, and users can choose according to their needs. The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end downwards.

Installation of DL and DLR vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps

1. Check the condition of the water pump and motor before installation.
2. The installation position of the pump should be as close as possible to the water source.
3. There are two ways to install the pump and base: one is a rigid connection directly installed on the cement foundation, and the other is a flexible connection installed using JGD type shock absorbers. The specific method is shown in the installation diagram.
4. Direct installation can place the pump on the foundation and elevate it by 30-40 millimeters (to prepare for filling with cement slurry), then calibrate it, thread the anchor bolts, fill with cement mortar, and after 3-5 days of cement drying, tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts.
5. When installing pipelines, both the inlet and outlet pipelines should have their own supports, and the flange of the pump should not bear excessive pipeline weight.
6. The pump is used in suction applications, and a bottom valve should be installed at the inlet pipe end. The inlet and outlet pipelines should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage.
7. A filter screen is installed on the inlet pipeline to prevent impurities from entering the impeller. The effective area of the filter should be 3-4 times the area of the inlet pipe to ensure the free flow of liquid.
8. For the convenience and safety of maintenance and use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that the pump operates within the rated range and ensures its normal operation and service life.
9. If an expansion connection is required for imports, please choose an eccentric reducing pipe joint.
