1. Overview of Boiler Products
Wuxi Zhongzheng Boiler Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation agreement with Dr. Zhao Qinxin from the Boiler Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2006, deciding to jointly research and develop the second-generation 70MW angle tube hot water boiler products. In order to fully implement the medium - and long-term planning and strategic task of building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society proposed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, the second-generation 70MW angle tube hot water boiler products aim to design the most efficient hot water boiler products with high efficiency, energy saving, and reducing the concentration of original smoke and dust emissions as the main breakthrough point.
The second generation 70MW corner tube hot water boiler product integrates the technical characteristics of large capacity hot water boilers at home and abroad, adopts the invention patent and utility model patent jointly applied by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Wuxi Zhongzheng Boiler Co., Ltd., and adheres to the product design concept of "simple and reasonable structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, and environmentally friendly". Its water circulation structure reliability and progressiveness are the first in China, and its comprehensive performance exceeds that of similar products at home and abroad. Compared with the first generation GEF project, the second generation 70MW corner tube hot water boiler product has the following obvious characteristics:
● Reliable water circulation structure
——Single horizontal drum assisted forced water circulation method
The water circulation method used in this boiler has the advantages of both forced and natural circulation. Forced circulation is used to achieve a higher mass flow rate of the water-cooled wall, while natural circulation is used as an auxiliary hydraulic force.
● Fully reliable power outage protection capability
——Natural circulation transition, all water-cooled walls rise and flow, super large water capacity
● Efficient combustion and energy saving
1) Equal pressure unified warehouse air supply, micro area adjustment of air distribution, reducing the carbon content of slag;
2) Wide coal type furnace arch design, improving furnace temperature and overall combustion efficiency;
3) Secondary turbulence design to reduce incomplete gas combustion losses and fly ash losses;
4) High temperature separation of fly ash+internal circulation fluidized bed reburning to reduce the carbon content of fly ash;
5) The flag style convective heating surface adopts an equal flow velocity design to reduce ash accumulation and improve heat transfer coefficient.

● Combustion equipment
The combustion equipment of this boiler adopts a forward rotating single beam chain grate structure. This grate is a new type of grate structure jointly developed by the Boiler Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Wuxi Zhongzheng Boiler Co., Ltd. based on sufficient market research, in pursuit of high efficiency and energy saving of large capacity hot water boilers, with less coal leakage and low slag carbon content. This boiler is a front and rear arch covered furnace structure, with a refractory concrete front arch as the ignition arch and a rear arch as the ignition arch built on the lower section of the furnace front wall.
● Slag pipe section
The high-temperature flue gas generated by burning down the cooling chamber is bent 180 ° from the furnace outlet, and horizontally flushes the three rows of condensed slag tube bundles formed by thinning the water-cooled wall of the rear wall. The first row of the condensed slag tube bundle is a smooth tube, and the second and third rows are welded with 8mm thick heat-resistant and wear-resistant 1Cr20Ni14Si2 or 1Cr20Ni20Si2 stainless steel flat steel ribs on both sides of the smooth tube along the direction perpendicular to the flow. The impact type fly ash high-temperature separator is composed of condensed slag tubes and flat steel ribs, which can separate 50% to 60% of the fly ash at high temperature.
