The DCS system AO isolation type safety barrier, PFEXB-C3D1 series current output type safety barrier, receives 4-20mA current signals from the on-site safety area, and after isolation and linearization processing, converts them into linearized DC current signals or voltage signals and outputs them to the control system or other unit combination instruments in the hazardous area. The AO isolated intelligent voltage safety barrier of DCS system can configure and set the input and output range. The AO isolation type safety barrier of this DCS system requires independent power supply, with three terminals isolated from the input end, output end, and power supply end, with 1 in and 1 out, 1 in and 2 out, and 2 in and 2 out.

Main functions and functions

The DCS system AO isolation type safety barrier and PFEXB-C3D1 isolation type safety barrier mainly receive current signals from the safety zone, and after intrinsic safety processing, isolate and output them to the hazardous zone. Devices connected to the site: actuators that collect current or voltage, such as frequency converters, solenoid valves, and electric regulating devices. Can be used for equipment in Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2, IIA, IIB, IIC, T1~T6 hazardous areas.
