DB300 multifunctional flexible electronic printer

The new generation multifunctional flexible electronic printer integrates three printing processes: mechanical extrusion direct writing printing, slit coating, and extrusion 3D printing. The printer has a high-precision three-axis system and a high flatness substrate, with more precise height control for direct writing. During the printing process, the needle can adapt to the levelness of the substrate, enabling high-precision printing of dots, lines, surfaces, and complex graphics on various substrate surfaces, as well as printing and UV curing of specific 3D structures.

Can achieve precise control of direct writing height and substrate adaptation; Standard 14G~34G standard aperture dispensing head (minimum aperture 60um), optional high-precision dispensing heads with 20um and 30um apertures; Ink tubes have heating function; A4 substrate, with a larger printing area.

Standard configuration includes two types of high-precision scrapers: contact and non-contact, with a scraper width of 40mm. High viscosity and low viscosity modules are optional.

Support slicing and path planning of 3D files; Support precise control of material extrusion to achieve 3D printing and UV curing of specific structures.
