▏ The sieve size ranges from 0.25 millimeters to 10 millimeters, and depending on the feeding conditions, the final fineness can be less than 250 micrometers. Using a two-step grinding process, first using a large aperture sieve, and then using a finer sieve, fine particles can be produced. Working principle:

The cutting grinder SM 50 uses cutting and shear forces to reduce sample particle size. The samples are fed in batches through the EasyInspect feeding funnel and pushed into the grinding chamber through the feeding plug. In the grinding chamber, the sample is crushed between the rotating blade and the fixed double cutting edge. The three leaf rotating blade is equipped with a spiral arrangement of reversible hard metal blade heads, which can cut in sequence, while the parallel rotating blade can provide strong cutting effect, thereby achieving efficient crushing. Cyclone collection helps to quickly collect samples from the grinding chamber into the collection container, while negative pressure helps to increase the flow rate of samples. The speed range of SM 50 is 500 to 4000 revolutions per minute, which can easily meet various application requirements.
