Preface
The salt spray corrosion environment simulation laboratory can simulate typical environmental conditions in nature at any time without being limited by time and season. Putting the product into an environmental simulation laboratory for environmental simulation testing, replacing the usage environment with a simulated environment, can save a lot of manpower and material resources, and save development costs. At the same time, environmental simulation testing is based on the product's usage environment conditions, controlling the product's usage conditions. The testing has an "acceleration" property, which can shorten the product's testing cycle.
1. Design basis and guiding ideology
1.1 Based on the technical conditions, sample form, sample material, sample size, weight of heavy components, and other relevant technical requirements in the user's bidding document.
1.2 Design according to the national standards corresponding to the required equipment.
1.3 The structural design of the test chamber is advanced and reasonable, and the supporting products and functional components have a high level, which can adapt to long-term, stable, safe, and reliable production needs. It can meet user detection requirements, and is easy to use, operate, and maintain. It has a long service life, beautiful appearance, and a good user interface, making user operation and monitoring simpler and more intuitive.
1.4 The main components of the equipment are selected from high-quality products of the manufacturer to ensure the quality and performance of the entire machine. The key configuration and electrical components shall be imported or joint venture products to ensure the progressiveness, stability and normal service life of the equipment.
1.5 Adopt mature and reliable new technologies and processes to reduce energy consumption, save costs, and improve quality.
1.6 Electrical control production and installation shall comply with relevant national electrical installation standards, operate reliably, and pay attention to electrical protection and interlocking functions.
2. Form and scope of project undertaking.
2.1 The design, production, procurement of components, installation, and commissioning work undertaken by the project shall be the responsibility of the contractor (supplier).
2.2 The common systems of the equipment (power supply, water source, etc.) are connected by the user to the designated location of the supplier, and the fire protection, lighting, ventilation, etc. of the workshop are also the responsibility of the user.
2.3 The civil foundation of the equipment shall be made by the user according to the requirements of the supplier.

3、 Composition of Salt Spray Laboratory:
1. Laboratory body
1.1 The salt spray chamber box is a sealed test space that can automatically maintain insulation within the specified temperature range, while also meeting the requirements for the layout of the fogging device, gas path, salt water supply pipeline, and temperature sensor opening placement. Due to the high temperature (35-50 ℃) and strong corrosiveness during salt spray testing, the material used to manufacture the salt spray test box body should have certain anti-corrosion and temperature resistance properties. In order to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, temperature resistance, and certain strength, the inner lining material of this chamber is made of SUS2205 stainless steel plate welded, and the outer shell material is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate sprayed with plastic.
1.2 The salt spray test stipulates that the water droplets formed by spray shall not fall on the test piece, and the included angle of the top of the test room shall have a certain angle, generally between 110 º and 120 º. Thus, the formed droplets flow along the apex to both sides of the laboratory. The entire room is treated to prevent water leakage and fog.
1.3 Gate: It is one of the key components of the room. The first requirement for it is to facilitate the entry and exit of the sample vehicle,
The second is good insulation, with no cold running around and no condensation,
Thirdly, the switch is lightweight. The fourth is good sealing and no salt spray leakage.
1.4 One set of sample carts and one set of ramps.
2. Gas supply system (gas source provided by the user)
2.1 The laboratory adopts air flow spray, so there should be a gas supply system. The function of the gas supply system is to continuously supply fresh, clean, and humid hot air with pressure required for the salt spray test chamber.
2.2 In order to ensure that the air entering the nozzle is clean and humid hot air, the gas generated by the compressor needs to be separated into oil and water. The oil-water separation filter adopts a three-stage filtration method of pre filtration, fine filtration, and oil removal filtration. The filter element made of polymer compound material effectively removes oil, water, and particulate matter from the compressed air. Place it in the position before entering the saturator, striving to achieve maximum ability to remove oil stains.
2.3 Since the spray pressure only needs 0.07~0.17Mpa, the filtered air needs to be reduced to 0.2~0.3 MPa in the first stage, and 0.07~0.17MPa in the second stage according to the size of the fog volume, so that the spray pressure sprayed through the nozzle is within the specified range. In order to meet the accuracy requirements of spray pressure (accuracy 2kpa), the spray pressure gauge of this equipment uses customized high-precision pressure.
