1. Technical Path

The main equipment of the project adopts a sludge specific rotary kiln dryer commonly used in Japan. This equipment is a highly mechanized drying device with low resistance and energy consumption when the fluid passes through the cylinder. In response to the characteristics of sludge, crushing blades are installed inside the cylinder to effectively prevent material agglomeration and promote the smooth progress of the drying process. This equipment technology has been digested and absorbed by domestic drying engineering personnel, reducing project construction costs. The sludge dried by the equipment is sent to our coal yard for co firing with coal, achieving the reduction, stabilization, and harmless treatment of sludge.

2. Key Technologies and Products

The key technology of this system is to use low-temperature flue gas to quickly dry a large amount of sludge. Based on this requirement, our company has combined a processing production line consisting of automatic quantitative transportation of wet sludge, a special drying machine for broken sludge, a dust collector and other supporting equipment through investigation and demonstration of various related equipment from domestic and foreign manufacturers. The characteristic of this system is to fully consider the characteristics of sludge drying, allocate existing heat sources reasonably and effectively, optimize the internal structure of the equipment, improve the drying intensity of sludge, control the sludge retention time, and meet the final moisture requirements. Under objective conditions such as the existing site, the remaining sludge is treated as much as possible, while also reducing project investment and lowering financial risks.
