This instrument adopts the processing method of "distillation method as the main method and thermochemical method as the auxiliary method" according to the GB/T18611-2001 standard, which does not affect the physical properties of crude oil and effectively solves the problem of difficult dehydration of heavy oil. Through experiments, it has been found that the instrument only takes 1 hour to separate oil and water for heavy oil. It has the characteristics of automatic temperature control and easy operation.

Basic components of the instrument:

The control circuit consists of temperature control, drainage after dehydration, and other components. Users can freely set the heating temperature according to different oil products.

2. The dehydration tank is composed of an oil injection port, a main tank body (i.e. dehydration tank), an air circuit, a water circuit, an oil circuit, and a control valve body.

3. The evaporator synthesizer consists of a water-cooled cold trap, an oil-water separator, and automatic discharge of dehydrated water.
