Corundum ceramic thermocouples are used for temperature measurement and control in various heat treatment industrial furnaces, such as well furnaces, trolley furnaces, box furnaces, mesh furnaces, glass kilns, coking furnaces, vacuum furnaces, etc. They are also suitable for temperature measurement and control in other similar industrial furnaces. Corundum ceramic thermocouple, as a temperature sensor, is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. Prefabricated thermocouples can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapor and gas media, as well as solids, ranging from 0 ℃ to 1300 ℃ in various production processes.

The corundum ceramic thermocouple adopts a novel and unique structural design and advanced manufacturing process. The outer layer uses a 99 corundum tube with a temperature resistance of 1800 degrees as the outer protective sleeve of the thermocouple, which enhances the strength of the thermocouple and improves its temperature and impact resistance performance. The corundum tube ceramic thermocouple has the advantages of high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, shock resistance, resistance to reducing gas corrosion, accurate temperature measurement, and long service life.
