This probe can conveniently detect the true effective value of vibration velocity within a wide frequency range of vibrating objects (defined as intensity value in equipment safety regulations), while also monitoring temperature changes associated with the vibration point. Therefore, it is also suitable for direct measurement of vibration safety and temperature rise safety of other large and medium-sized rotating machinery and moving equipment such as blowers, water pumps, reducers, bearing seats, rolling friction bodies, etc., without the need for additional follow-up work on signal conversion and calibration issues
The integrated three parameter (oil temperature, oil level, vibration) combination probe is a universal non bus structure combination probe in the safety monitoring system of cooling tower fans. It can be directly connected to the "KR-939B3 Fan Safety Monitor" to achieve single device monitoring. It can also be connected to various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer data acquisition and control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.) for use.
The three parameter combination probe, which is used for monitoring the safe operation of wind turbine gearboxes, integrates sensing, conversion, and transmission circuits for measuring oil temperature, oil level, and vibration signals inside. It directly outputs 4-20mA standard current signals corresponding to these safety parameters and can be matched with various general-purpose secondary instruments or computer digital acquisition and monitoring systems.
The temperature measurement inside the probe uses semiconductor integrated sensors; The oil level measurement adopts the principle of thermal conductivity sensing; The magneto electric sensor used for vibration measurement can directly obtain the velocity signal of mechanical vibration. After passing through an amplifier, bandpass filter, and true RMS converter, the complex vibration waveform within the effective bandwidth is converted to true RMS. Finally, the voltage/current drive circuit generates a 4-20mA output.
The three parameter combination probe is a small integrated all stainless steel anti-corrosion structure, and its output transmission method has long-term anti-interference ability. Coupled with good sealing, seismic and explosion-proof measures, it can work online for a long time in harsh environments on the measurement site.
This combination probe can conveniently obtain important parameters closely related to the safe operation of the measured object, making it highly suitable for direct safety monitoring of other rotating machinery, reciprocating machinery, and other equipment.
