Structure and Working Principle

1. It consists of four parts: control system, humidification system, heating system, and refrigeration system. The temperature and humidity control are automatically exchanged by digital display instruments, without the need for manual control.

2. Working principle:

(1) Temperature control: When the temperature inside the maintenance room is higher than the upper limit set value of the temperature controller, the control system outputs a cooling signal to control the air conditioner. Conversely, when the temperature is lower than the lower limit set value of the temperature controller, the main unit heats up. When the control requirements are met, it automatically returns to a constant temperature state, and this process is repeated to achieve the control goal.

(2) Humidity control: When the humidity in the maintenance room is lower than the set value, the control system outputs a humidification signal, and the main humidifier starts working, causing the indoor humidity to reach 95% or above, and then automatically stops working.
