ZKY-400B typeConcrete steam curing boxIt is a product designed according to user requirements and is an equipment used for steam curing tests on concrete specimens. Complies with the requirements of JTG/T F50-2011 "Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts". Adopting a separate design of a heated water tank and a test chamber, the test process is carried out according to the temperature, time, and program set by the controller, including four processes: static, heating, constant temperature, and cooling. The heating and cooling rates are controlled according to user requirements, and the heating rate can be adjusted.

After completing a heating cycle, it is necessary to open the drain valve at the bottom of the box to release the condensed steam water to affect the test.

1. To prevent scaling of the heating tube from affecting heating power and service life, the heating water tank must be cleaned with clean tap water and must be regularly cleaned. If underground water is used, it must be cleaned before each use.

2. Water and power sources must be available near the equipment, and the grounding protection line must have effective grounding.

3. The equipment should be used in a ventilated, dry, flat, and non corrosive environment, preferably in an air-conditioned room.

4. The temperature of the steam pipe entering the box is relatively high. Do not touch it during the test operation to avoid burns.

5. When cleaning the box and heating water tank, water can be drained through a valve connected to the drain port.

6. After the device is powered on, it is not allowed to touch live parts such as instrument terminals.

7. The fixed type of heating water tank cover needs to be firmly fixed with a flat sealing strip.
