Installation and operation preparation

1. This device should be at least 500mm away from walls and adjacent equipment (for heat dissipation), and the distance from the back of the desktop test box to the wall should not be less than 250mm (this description refers to desktop computers);

2. This equipment should be installed on a flat surface with good ventilation and no corrosive gases around it;

3. The test water for this equipment is deionized water or distilled water. Before the test, the bottom water tank on the back side of the box should be filled with water (drawer type - open, the upper indicator light on the rear control cabinet indicates full water), and the water will automatically be added to the humidifier inside the test box;

4. There should be a sewer near the box for drainage purposes;

5. Hang the prepared wet ball gauze on the wet ball sensor, with a length of both sides placed in the wet ball water tank (soak the wet ball gauze before hanging, and the wet ball water tank is located on the upper right side of the box);

6. Wet bulb water tank water level regulation, this type of regulation is called horizontal regulation. If the water level in the wet ball water tank in the studio is too high, the water level gauge at the same position in the test box electrical control cabinet can be lowered, otherwise it can be raised. (This work has been adjusted before leaving the factory, but to avoid changing the position due to vibration during transportation, it should be observed before the test, and the water should not leak out of the wet bulb tank); (The water level regulation of the humidifier is also the same, and the humidifier is located at the bottom of the inner side of the test chamber.)
