Using the principle of resistance strain, a high-precision foil strain gauge is attached to an elastic beam. When the measured external force is applied to the elastic beam through a pressure head, the elastic beam undergoes bending deformation, and the relative deformation of the beam is proportional to the external load. By applying an excitation voltage, the force on the sensor is converted into the corresponding electromotive force, thus achieving the measurement purpose.
There are four screw holes on the bottom of the sensor for fixing and installing the sensor.
