Cone Calorimeter - TST-CC100
Heat release is a core measurement parameter for evaluating the fire characteristics of materials and products. Cone calorimeter can meet all existing standards, including ISO5660,ASTM E 1354, ASTM E1474, ASTM E 1740, ASTM F 1550, ASTM D 6113, NFPA264) The cone calorimeter measures the heat release rate of materials based on the principle of oxygen consumption. When a material burns, every 1 kg of oxygen consumed will produce 13.1 MJ/kg of heat. When the sample is exposed to the heat source of the cone heater, the cone calorimeter can measure the heat release rate, smoke generation rate, ignition time, oxygen consumption, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide generation, and mass loss rate of the sample.
