Applications: electricity, applied water, pharmaceuticals, softened water, wastewater treatment, and various chemical industrial processes.

Features: Long lifespan, stable performance, wide measurement range, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.

The use of conductivity electrodes

(1) To ensure the measurement accuracy of the conductivity meter, it is necessary to recalibrate the electrode constants with the conductivity meter before using the instrument. At the same time, the conductivity electrode constant should be calibrated regularly. If the error is large, the conductivity electrode should be replaced in a timely manner.

(2) When measuring high-purity water, pollution should be avoided, the constant of the conductivity electrode should be selected correctly, and a closed flow measurement method should be used. Otherwise, the conductivity value will rapidly increase because carbon dioxide in the air will dissolve in high-purity water and become conductive carbonate ions, affecting the measurement value.

(3) To ensure measurement accuracy, the conductivity electrode should be rinsed twice with deionized water (or distilled water) less than 0.5us/cm before use, and the test sample should be rinsed before measurement.

(4) The value displayed by the instrument after measurement has been converted to a measurement value of 25 ℃. If no compensation is needed, remove the temperature electrode and the instrument will display 25 ℃, with the measured value being the conductivity value of the solution at that time.
