1、 Sample Description

The airflow around the equipment is unobstructed, without high concentration dust, corrosive or flammable gases

The ambient temperature is between 5-35 ℃

Relative humidity ≤ 85% RH

Circulating cooling water temperature ≤ 30 ℃

The supply pressure of circulating cooling water is 0.25-0.4MPa (not required for air-cooled equipment)

The temperature change rate meets the relevant standards

4、 Thermal insulationbuilding envelope

Outer wall material: made of spray painted color steel plate, thickness=2.0mm， White gray;Color code9003，

Inner wall material: SUS304 stainless steel plate, thickness=15mm；

The bottom plate surface is made of SUS304 anti slip stainless steel plate.

The load-bearing capacity of the bottom plate inside the box shall not be less than200kg；

Insulation material: 100mm hard polyurethane foam insulation layer

Heating system: high-efficiency open circuit nickel chromium alloy electronic heater, equipped with dual adjustable over temperature protection devices. Using highly reliable materials to ensure no deformation or failure throughout the entire temperature range, and no generation of gas-liquid impurities. Control method: SSR (Solid State Relay) non-contact temperature control is used throughout the entire process to prevent sparks and static electricity.
