1It consists of four parts: control system, humidification system, heating system, and refrigeration system. The temperature and humidity control are automatically exchanged by digital display instruments, without the need for manual control.

2Working principle:

(1) Temperature control: When the temperature inside the maintenance room is higher than the upper limit set value of the temperature controller, the control system outputs a cooling signal to control the air conditioner. Conversely, when the temperature is lower than the lower limit set value of the temperature controller, the main unit heats up. When the control requirements are met, it automatically returns to a constant temperature state, and this process is repeated to achieve the control goal.

(2) Humidity control: When the humidity in the maintenance room is lower than the set value, the control system outputs a humidification signal, and the main humidifier starts working, causing the indoor humidity to reach 95% or above, and then automatically stops working.

Structure and Working Principle

1 The controller consists of four parts: control system, humidification system, heating system, and refrigeration system. The temperature and humidity control are automatically exchanged by digital display instruments, without the need for manual control.

2 Working Principle:

Installation method:

1 Firstly, fix the controller outside the maintenance room, select the nearest position, place the temperature and humidity probe inside the maintenance room and fix it properly. Connect the temperature and humidity probe connectors to the temperature and humidity connectors inside the controller.

To keep the tap water flowing smoothly, when the water level in the water tank reaches a certain height, the float will automatically float up as the water level rises, and the gate between the tap water and the water tank will be closed.
