Due to the difficulty in ensuring the flatness of the end face of concrete core samples during cutting, the stress on the core samples is uneven during pressure testing, and the compressive strength results cannot truly reflect the compressive strength of concrete. The core sample leveling device can easily solve these problems. It is not only exquisite and compact, but also can be installed with different fixtures. It can accurately level the core samples with Ø 50, Ø 75, Ø 100, and manually adjust the height of the core samples on the lifting platform. It is an ideal device for leveling concrete core samples.

HBP-100 typeOperation Method
1. Adjust the height of the upper pressing plate according to the height of the core sample to be replenished: Rotate handle 2 counterclockwise to relax the holding column, and turn handwheel 1 to move the holding column up and down along the main axis.
2. Apply a layer of leveling material evenly on both ends of the core sample, place a glass plate (with a layer of wet newspaper on top of the glass plate) on the bottom plate, and rotate the handwheel between the two clamps to move them towards the middle and straighten the core sample.
3. Press down on the handle and move the upper pressure plate downwards along the secondary axis to compress the core sample. Tighten the knob and hold it for 3-5 minutes until the material is compacted. Release the knob, lift the handle, and move the upper pressure plate upwards along the secondary axis to restore its original position.
4. Rotate the handwheel to move the two clamps to both sides, release the core sample, and take out the core sample and glass gasket from the clamp together. Place them horizontally for curing.
