It can simulate various environmental conditions such as salt spray, humidity, dryness, and low temperature, and circulate these conditions in a controllable program to simulate the complex corrosion process experienced by products in natural environments more realistically and quickly. It is widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, electroplating and surface treatment, coatings, etc. The working principle integrates core environmental units such as salt spray, wet heat, drying, and low-temperature storage into one box through a precise control system. The controller will automatically and accurately switch between salt spray, dry, humid and hot, low-temperature storage and other states according to the preset program, cycling for hundreds or even thousands of hours to simulate the complex corrosion process experienced by the product in the natural environment. The box structure is usually made of corrosion-resistant PP (polypropylene) board, PVC or fiberglass, and the interior may also be made of 304/316L stainless steel material. A water sealed structure is used between the box cover and the box body to prevent salt spray from overflowing. The circuit control system is generally fixed in a location that is easy to inspect and maintain, and adopts a door lock opening edge cover door. The control system is usually equipped with a color touch screen PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or temperature and humidity instrument, such as the Japanese brand "Youyi Control" temperature and humidity instrument, which can set and monitor parameters such as temperature, humidity, time, etc. It has multi-stage program editing function, and can achieve remote control, real-time monitoring, historical curve playback and other functions.
