Overview

HY-50ZHB vacuum flat vulcanizing machine is used for rubber and plastic raw materials, plastics, PP, PA, PE, ABS, pigments, oil and chemical raw materials, etc. Place each raw material in the mold, clamp it between the electric heating plates of this machine, and apply appropriate pressure and temperature to shape the raw materials. The hot plate of this machine adopts a partitioned independent temperature control system for heating, which greatly improves the temperature uniformity compared to traditional single point temperature control systems. The machine also adopts a servo hydraulic system or level control force, with less control force and overshoot, and operates quietly.
