The heavy hammer level gauge (primary gauge) is installed at the top of the silo, and the detection process of the level gauge sensor is controlled by the signal sent by the control display instrument (secondary gauge). The primary meter sensor consists of a reversible motor, lead screw, gear shaft, winding drum, sensitive lever, etc.

During this process, the control display instrument calculates the distance between the heavy hammer and the material surface by detecting the number of revolutions of the winding drum, displays it digitally on the panel, and outputs a 4-20mA current on the rear panel terminal (without the need for an additional DC24V).
