Cleanert PCX is an extraction column based on a water wettable polymer with a cation exchange mixing mechanism. Provide dual retention mode: ion exchange and reverse phase retention. The filler is stable within the pH range of 0-14.0 and has a large binding capacity. Commonly used for extracting and purifying alkaline compounds from biological matrices that require high adsorption capacity, such as plasma, urine, bile, and tissue homogenates.
