The YLM series boiler is a square tube horizontal chain grate assembled boiler, and the chain grate and boiler body are shipped separately. After being in place on the construction site, the boiler can be put into operation by simply connecting oil and electricity. The boiler uses a chain grate to achieve mechanical coal feeding, equipped with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with a slag extractor for mechanical slag removal.

During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas is reflected by the rear arch and enters the furnace in front of the furnace. After passing through the radiation heating surface for radiation heat exchange, it enters the convection heating surface for convection heat exchange, then goes to the waste heat boiler, enters the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

The heating surface of the boiler includes four parts: the furnace radiation heating surface, the convection tube bundle heating surface, the waste heat boiler, and the air preheater (economizer).

Manufacturing process characteristics:

Boiler manufacturing process.

The steel pipe is inclined downwards using a CNC 3D laser cutting machine.

The production of the radiation area square tube adopts a Φ 168 CNC three-dimensional bending machine for pre bending and then docking, without forced assembly.

The production of serpentine tubes in the convection zone adopts an automatic production line for serpentine tubes, forming them in one go.

Boiler welding process:

The square tube is welded using argon arc welding technology, and the welding is subjected to 10% radiographic testing.

The serpentine tube adopts automatic argon arc welding technology, and the weld seam is imaged in real-time to prevent unqualified welds from entering the bending process.

100% hydrostatic test.

Furnace body insulation:

The inner side is constructed with high-quality refractory bricks, the outer side is covered with textured panels, and the middle is made of high-quality perlite. The furnace temperature is controlled below 50 ℃ to minimize heat loss.
