This instrument is manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as the "Code for Durability Design of Concrete Structures" GB/T50476-2008, "Technical Specification for Application of Sea Sand Concrete" JGJ206-2010, and "Code for Testing Concrete in Water Transport Engineering" JTJ270-98. It uses the Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) method and is equipped with software and chemical anti-interference reagents to quickly measure the water-soluble chloride ion content of inorganic materials such as concrete, sand and gravel, cement, and mixing water at room temperature, thereby achieving the goal of preventing premature corrosion of concrete reinforcement. This instrument is lightweight, compact in size, easy for users to carry, and suitable for on-site testing. The measurement range of chloride ion concentration is 10-5-10-1M (mol • L-1) or 0.0001% -30.00%.

Detection Principle

The ion selective electrode (ISE) method is used to quickly determine the chloride ion content of water-soluble substances such as concrete, sand and gravel, and additives. The measurement range of chloride ion concentration is 10-5-10-1M (mol • L-1) mol/L or 0.0001% -30.00%. The equipment is easy to operate and can be used for on-site testing. The data is accurate, fast, and fully automated.
