System composition:
It consists of a preprocessing unit, an analysis unit, a cabinet, and a control system. The preprocessing unit can purify the sample gas according to different working conditions, and take a series of preprocessing measures such as dust removal, water removal, filtration, pressure regulation and flow stabilization to ensure that the sample gas meets the analysis requirements of the system.
The instrument part adopts laser oxygen or paramagnetic oxygen analyzer to analyze the concentration of O2 gas in the sample gas; The control system adopts Mitsubishi PLC and solenoid valve for control, which can automatically complete functions such as sampling, gas path switching, and inspection; The monitoring data is transmitted to DCS through RS-485 and 4-20mA, providing real-time data support for remote monitoring and process adjustment.
