Technical Background
Shear force is a force acting tangentially on the surface it is applied to, which is generated due to the velocity gradient in fluid flow. Slow fluid flow will decreaseflowThe velocity of adjacent fluid layers in motion, while faster flow layers will accelerate slower layers.
Many types of cells are surrounded by flowing fluid, and when different parts of the fluid move relative to each other, they exert force on the cells sandwiched in between. However, in many conventional in vitro experiments, cells are cultured under static conditions without flow. The ideal state is for in vitro cell culture under flow to simulate mechanical stimulation and induce behaviors that are closer to physiology and similar to those in vivo.
Shear ForcerCell fluid shear stimulation culture systemWill bring cross disciplinary innovation
● More reliable evaluation before animal experiments● Stem cell differentiation mechanismThe correlation between mechanical stimulation force and cancer
● Research on the dynamic characteristics of biomedical materials and cells ● Rapid establishment of in vitro disease microenvironment

1. Disinfect the system components in advance and cultivate cells on glass slides
2. Set/Select Stimulus Plan
3. Pump PBS solution to flush out impurities in the circuit, and then rinse off the remaining PBS components with sterile culture medium
4. Place the glass slide into the cavity. If not using all 8 slots, please also place a blank glass slide
5. Close the top cover of the tightening device, move it into the incubator, and start the experiment
●The equipment is easy to disassemble, convenient for disinfection and sterilization, and can work for a long time in the incubator environment
●Flexible control mode - comes with a touch screen controller, allowing for setting fluid shear force, loading time, and direction without the need for a computer
●High throughput culture -8 groups of cell slides simultaneously subjected to shear stimulation
●Strong universality and seamless integration with other microfluidic chip systems
