Cleaning effect verification:
Take a new cell counting plate and perform imaging before adding cells, after adding cells (staining with trypan blue), and after cleaning the cell counting plate workstation, as shown in the following figure. Through imaging, we can observe that the cell counting plate is very clean after cleaning, and there is no difference from the new cell counting plate.
Take a new cell counting plate and conduct parallel cell counting experiments with the new plate after repeated use (adding cells, cleaning the plate) for 1, 5, 10, 15, and 20 times. The results are shown in Fig.2.
