Catalyst steam basket aging deviceStructure description:

The device consists of two parts, a furnace power regulation box and a control cabinet.


1. Furnace power regulation chassis: three aging furnace bodies (including testers), preheating furnace, electronic scale, metering pump, power regulator components, transformer, switch rack.A. Aging furnace body: The heating wire of the furnace body adopts imported high-temperature furnace wire, with three-stage heating and three-point temperature control. The insulation layer is imported high-temperature aluminum silicate fiber felt.

B. Preheating furnace: Preheating realizes the preheating of water, using high-temperature heating rods for heating, and the heat exchanger is wound with stainless steel pipes of medium diameter.

C. Electronic scale: Using imported products, it communicates with a computer through an RS232 serial port and can display the weight of the water tank in real time.

D. Metering pump: Imported product is used to control the inlet water flow rate. The pump controller on the control cabinet outputs current to control the pump flow rate. The flow rate can be designed by the computer, and P0-100 corresponds to the flow rate of the pump.

E. The second component of the power regulator adopts imported power regulator plates and regulating modules, which are stable and reliable.

F. Transformer: Used to provide electric heating for aging furnaces, using isolated low-voltage power supply, safe and reliable.

G. Switch rack: power supply incoming line, power supply power on control, and controller main power switch.


2. Control cabinet:

The control cabinet is the control core of the entire device, with the upper part being the three-phase indication and control emergency stop switch. The following three sets of control operation units, from top to bottom, respectively control furnace 1 (left), furnace 2, and furnace 3 (right). Each furnace has an independent control system that uses imported intelligent controllers to automatically control furnace temperature, valves, and injection pumps.In order to ensure the safe operation of the device and quickly diagnose faults, it has multiple safety interlock devices and fault alarm functions.

A. Overtemperature alarm: When the furnace temperature exceeds the set value and is higher than the alarm set value, the screen will display an overtemperature alarm and sound.

B. Extreme overtemperature alarm: Due to a malfunction, the furnace temperature exceeds the alarm set value and continues to rise. When it reaches the limit set value, it will sound and the overheating heater will be powered off. This avoids the heater from being burned out.

C. Disconnecting protection: When the thermocouple is disconnected or has poor contact, an over temperature alarm or limit alarm state will occur. Notify operators to promptly troubleshoot and protect the heating system.
