1、 Purpose:

Cast iron pipe cold and hot water circulation testing machineDesigned according to the European standard EN877, specifically for cold and hot water circulation testing of cast iron pipe systems.

The testing machine can set and display the water temperature of the cold and hot water tanks, the water temperature at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline system, and control the water level of each water tank. The flow rate of each water tank can be manually controlled through gate valves. All parameters are centrally controlled through the console, operated by the PLC program backend, and displayed and controlled in real-time on a 12 inch screen.

The experimental pipeline system consists of multiple sections of cast iron pipes and fittings, forming a U-shaped structure approximately 3 meters long and 1 meter wide. The inlet and outlet are both made of DN50 (outer diameter Φ 60) cast iron pipes. The test pipeline is supported by support frames of different heights.

2、 Structure Overview

The pipeline system cold and hot water circulation testing machine consists of a cold and hot water tank section, cold and hot water pipelines and throttling control section, test pipeline system section, electrical and program control console section, etc.

The test pipeline is supported by support frames of different heights. Strong adaptability and can be used for various types of pipes. The electrical control console is separated from the water tank, ensuring safety and reliability. PLC can be set to be controllable, with a 12 inch color screen simulating dynamic display.
