Performance characteristics:

1. Large one-time layout volume, fully automated, and high testing efficiency.

① A single disc can hold 36 samples at once, a double disc can hold 72 samples, and samples can be added/replaced during the analysis process;

② Integrated automatic sample delivery, experimentation, cyclic testing, and unmanned operation.

2. Full process control, high accuracy of test results.

① The injection component adopts an air wall protection mechanism, which can effectively isolate the outside air from entering the combustion furnace when the sample falls. At the same time, it is equipped with a flow equalization mechanism to ensure that the sample burns fully, avoid sample splashing when the sample falls, and ensure accurate experimental results;

② Using high-performance and high-precision infrared sensors to test carbon and hydrogen elements, and real-time monitoring of combustion conditions, accurately determining the end of combustion, effectively shortening testing time and improving testing accuracy (SDCHNE200);

③ Adopting a diffusion type thermal conductivity cell with high sensitivity and ultra-low temperature drift, independent and precise constant temperature control ensures stable thermal conductivity baseline.

3. The gas path is short and reliable.

Adopting a manifold integrated gas path, low dead volume, fewer pipelines, less residual water vapor, automatic and precise flow control, high reliability of the gas path.

4. Humanized design, easy to operate.

① The airtightness testing of the instrument can be automatically completed through mouse operation, which is simple and convenient;

② The disassembly and assembly of the furnace body is simple, and the replacement of furnace reagents is convenient;

③ Vertical structure, no need for a tabletop, with high-quality rollers and positioning devices at the bottom for flexible movement or positioning.

5. Low usage cost.

The sensor has a short stability time and high stability. During the experiment, a helium throttling device was added, and only 0.7L/min of high flow helium gas was turned on during the injection test. The helium gas flow rate during other periods was only 0.05L/min. Compared to similar instruments, the usage rate is greatly improved, effectively saving users' usage costs.
