Scope of Application

It is suitable for diluting high concentration standard gas into low concentration standard gas and widely used in laboratory standard gas preparation; It is also suitable for pressure dilution of samples to meet testing requirements.

Performance Characteristics

1. Multi stage dilution, with a dilution factor greater than 100 times for the first stage and a maximum dilution factor of up to 10000 times, meeting the analysis requirements for trace samples.

2. High precision MFC and pressure sensor (accuracy ≤± 0.3%) are used as the dilution control unit. Compared with the method of controlling flow through pressure difference, the dilution accuracy is better and higher, avoiding data deviation caused by overshoot.

3. It has automatic leak detection function, effectively preventing dilution failure caused by gas leakage, avoiding waste of standard gas and sample scrapping caused by pressurized samples, and has strong practicality.

4. The gas flow path has a heating function, and the software interface displays the heating temperature to ensure the stability of gas dilution.

5. Standard gas saving performance: Taking dilution to 1 ppb as an example, one bottle of 110L standard gas can fill 1800 6L Suma tanks that have been tested for inertness.

6. Independent standard gas tank interface and sample tank interface are used for dilution of standard gas and sample, respectively, to avoid cross contamination.

7. Specialized control software, programmed design, high degree of automation:

① Automatically detect the initial pressure of the sample tank, with sample pressurization function, and can apply positive pressure to the sampled sample tank;

② Automatically calculate the actual dilution factor, control the flow rate, and perform pressure dilution through a fixed dilution factor, making the operation simple.

8. TCP/IP communication mode provides more flexible connections and stable communication, effectively avoiding possible communication interruptions ("disconnections") that may occur with USB; Compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7/8/10/11 systems.
