Scope of Application

Suitable for fully automatic preparation of sampling tank standard gas, diluting high concentration standard gas into low concentration standard usage gas, widely used in laboratory standard gas preparation and sample preparation to meet testing requirements.

Performance Characteristics

1. It has functions such as pipeline cleaning, standard sample preparation, sample labeling, pressure dilution, and system leak detection.

2. Special control software, programmed to set target standard gas concentration, tank volume, pressure and other parameters, automatically completes dilution, improves dilution gas efficiency and accuracy.

3. Fully optimized gas path design and control, super inert and full pipeline heat tracing system flow path, can achieve multi-stage dilution from PPB to sub PPT, with a maximum dilution factor of 1000 times for a single stage and a total dilution factor of over 10000 times.

4. Visualize dynamic process display and support printing of quality control (QA/QC) reports.

5. Supports USB and Ethernet interface connections, compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7/8/10/11 systems.

6. The exhaust gas from pipeline cleaning is discharged outdoors, which is beneficial to the health of the operator.

7. Equipped with Suma tank humidification calculation function, guiding operators to correctly and quickly complete Suma tank humidification, ensuring the accuracy and precision of experiments.
