The gas conducting cable type liquid level transmitter is a two-wire system,4-20mADC output, 24VDC DC power supply, all parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, and then directly installed on the measuring pipeline. It is extremely convenient to use and widely used in process control and liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water conservancy, power, food, medicine, environmental control, etc.

2、 Working principle

Principle of static pressure measurement:

When the liquid level transmitter is inserted into a certain depth of the measured liquid, the pressure formula on the sensor facing the liquid level is:P=ρ.g.H + Po

Where:

P: Pressure exerted on the liquid level of the transmitter

ρ: Density of the tested liquid

g: Local gravity acceleration

Po: Atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface

H: Depth of liquid input into the transmitter

At the same time, the pressure of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through gas guiding stainless steel, and then the atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface is adjustedPo is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to counteract the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the sensor measures a pressure of ρ. g. H. Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the liquid level depth can be obtained

Good stability, with long-term stability of 0.2% FS/year at full and zero positions. Within the compensation temperature range of 0-70 ℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS, and within the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% FS.
