The CZH series hydrogen purifiers include manual CZH-B, semi-automatic CZN-C, and fully automatic CZH-Z types. This series of hydrogen purifiers is mainly used for hydrogen purification in the production and scientific research of departments such as electronics, semiconductors, metallurgy, machinery, fiber optics, atomic energy, analysis, and biotechnology.
Product features:
- This series of products does not have high requirements for raw hydrogen gas, allowing impurity oxygen content up to 1000ppm; Generally, bottled pure hydrogen can meet the requirements;
- The catalyst activity of this series of products is high, and the adsorbent capacity is large. Therefore, users can choose cheap industrial pure hydrogen as the gas source to meet the requirements, while also reducing production costs;
- This series of products belongs to the catalytic regeneration type, and can be reused for a long time through repeated regeneration after failure;
- This series of products has a dual structure, where one group works and the other group can be regenerated for backup, and both work and regeneration can be carried out simultaneously. Therefore, it can provide continuous gas supply for a long time, that is, one top two purifiers can be used;
- This series of products adopts a multi-path valve, so it has the fewest valves and the simplest operation among similar purifiers;
- This series of products is a one-time investment and there are no consumables during use.
